Baseline

sorry we have been bad updating this blog we will do lost better!!!

We recently had everyone re-do the baseline workout to mark our progress.

It consists of a

500 m row

40 air squats

30 sit ups

20 push ups

10 pull ups

Nice work everyone, we are seeing lots of improvement! :D
